There are two ways to approach a struggling marriage.
You can keep trying harder.
Or you can learn the skills no one ever taught you.
Most couples aren't struggling because they don't love each other.
They're struggling because they were never taught how to communicate through conflict, create emotional safety, navigate disconnection, or repair after hurt.
That's where my work begins.
